Fence broken - access way for dirt bikers

Reporting Live from Barnham Common, on the west side by the Pine Close neighborhood are some green i---i -shaped 'pipe' fences. On recent yrs one or two were deliberately cut to allow access for the frequent visits by dirt bikers and at least one quad biker onto the common where they kick up dust at crazy speeds

Pedestrians and their kids and/or dogs are often very intimidated. Its dangerous!

Despite reporting it in the past, nothing at sll gas been done to dix this fence in such a way the whole whole west side if the common is covered. Do we really have to wait until someone gets hurt and sues the local authorities??
