Unbelievable litter on A63 verges (Clive Sullivan Way)

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3620276.

The verges of the A63 Clive Sullivan Way maintained by National Highways according to Hull Council are in the worst condition I have ever seen. Litter has been mown through and not picked in the past week and is blowing all over the road now. This is looking like a landfill site and is a total failure of the provider to keep the legal litter levels under control on the highway,
