Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3619468.

Cars are parked at no.12 easterly road on pavements/grass and double lines inconsiderately leaving very little space for prams and wheelchair users like myself a traffic warden issued tickets not long ago but the problem is still there
