Tree overhanging footway

Sent to Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3615308.

Very difficult to walk on footway at edge of main road, house seemingly unoccupied.

  • None of our three councils was prepared to do work on a tree growing in a private garden so, at age 88, I did it myself, taking care not to leave anything and putting the arisings in the owner's garden.
