The drains in cox green by the pantiles Are not draining the water away. I have registered this before but nothing was done as apparently no fault. We have continually had water outside our house now for weeks even in this weather

As of 9th August this leak remains untouched. The waterboard attempted to find the problem, dug the pavement up, but couldn't find it, so covered it over and went away. Nothing since...
