Pavement becoming inaccessible due to overhanging vegetation

The pavement outside The Witch's beer garden on Hickmans Lane becomes inaccessible EVERY SINGLE SPRING/SUMMER.

Apologies for shouting - I do not know whether this is the fault of the council or The Witch - but if it is the former, please sort it out. If the latter, I think a stiff letter from Licensing is in order: yesterday I spotted a poor woman in a wheelchair teetering dangerously close to the kerb in an attempt to avoid the myriad brambles etc.

It is also a real hazard for the kids walking to and from school.
