Witnessed Flytipping

I witnessed this man flytipping his garden waste in Cowgate Lane today at 15:24.

He stopped his car in the lane and opened the boot and tipped two bags of garden waste in the farmers field opposite the gate to the horse field.

A few minutes later when I was walking up The Street, I saw the same car parked outside 113 The Street, Hawkinge. The neighbour opposite was talking to he fly-tipper and called the man Chris.

I have seen this car three times in the past driving up the lanes dumping waste but have never been close enough until now to see the number plate.
