Overgrown hedge

Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 15:10, Wed 29 May 2013 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council 5 minutes later

Hedge either side of the entrance to Fogwell Road is very overgrown and overhanging and requires cutting back. It is very difficult to see oncoming traffic in both directions when exiting the road due to the branches obscuring vision.

  • When are the overgrown hedges and verges going to be cut back around Botley? The situation has got worse since someone reported it in May due to the improved weather, especially coming out of Fogwell Road. I notice that two small strips of verge have been cut on the Enysham Road by the flyover but the rest has been left. Apart from restricting views of the road, it makes the area look very tatty and unkempt. Please let's have a tidy up!
