Bollard missing

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3603410.

One of the two bollards at the bottom of Stovolds Way has been knocked over completely allowing dog walkers to park their cars on the pavement by the entrance to Rowhill Copse.
