Dead and dying fish in Canford Park Pond

I was so upset to see beautiful carp fish dead and dying in the Canford Park Pond which is in serious need of attention. At least remove the dying fish please! Preferably improve the pond so that it can once again be a valuable wildlife habitat and nice to look at.
