Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3596048.

Drains on Park Street are sinking/blocked/the one at the entrance to Elms Park has been filled in with tarmac and so floods - this is due to the heavy volume of traffic/lorries etc that use this road.
