I am not happy that a young girl who does not have a disabled badge is parking in the disabled bay down douglas road cleethorpes its a dark red chichento registration W629 JBE its parked their now and the offender lives at 12 douglas road. thanks please do something as this is a violation and she shouldnt be using it with out a badge she can clearly walk normally. thanks kelly
