Fly tippers and missed bin collections

Before jubilee BH the bins X4 were overflowing. Last week's collection was missed totally. X 3 calls to SBC re this and still no collection as of 13/6. Fly tippers pulling up in cars and dumping their rubbish along the bins area. Tenants forced to keep piles of rubbish in gardens because of the missed collection and repetitive fly tippers who turn up here.

Updates

Rubbish bins X 4 emptied today. However all are being filled up by tenants here so will require emptying again tomorrow on the scheduled bin collection day. When overhaul works were carried out last year tenants were supposed to receive locked bin store areas to stop fly tippers turning up and illegally dumping rubbish. Please update tenants on this works many thanks.
