Weed infested road edges

Tithe farm estate and ladygrove estate off the Drayton rd Abingdon has alot of weeds & debris on the road edges and needs removing as this is blocking up flood water to the drainage system ( estate flooded 2008 ) also weeds on path edges which are a potential trip hazard , the whole estates need doing with a shovel/scrapper to clear the mess , this makes the estates look unkempt and scruffy too , thanks
