Pollution & Parking Commercial vehicles
Reported via Android in the Car parking category anonymously at 13:17, Sun 12 June 2022
Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3589527.
Ensbury Gardens is a very small cul-de-sac just off the busy Spencefield Lane area of Leicester, once a very neat street. None of the owners of commercial vehicles pictured live on Ensbury Gardens, causing unsightly views and pollution with oil leakages.
Because my street is tucked away in a busy area it is a safe haven for these large vehicles to conceal them from exposure to theft and vandalism however at great expense of the residents quality of life.
The green van has been here for two months, the white van owner lives a short distance away constantly parking on the footway causing broken slabs. The pick up truck just stands there 24/7. Is there anything the residents can do to claim our lovely street back. Kind Regards

The parking problems of non residents in my street (commercial vehicles) leaking oil and parking on the footway is the way of things these days. Because the City Council have no restrictions on Ensbury Gardens Leicester, they will not enforce anything. My point is that respectful behaviour and respect is lost in the UK... regards..
