Bad parking on kenwyn road and Carlton road if a emergency vehicle had to come through they would not be able to as people at parking too near a junction on both side of the road

People parking too near a junction on both side of the road to the point if an emergency vehicle had to come into the road they couldn’t also people driving and parking down a one way street the wrong way
