Parliament Sq. Suckers need to be trimmed off trees.

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Two trees in Parliament Square need to be tidied up. The suckers are like skirts around the bottom of the trees, It shrieks 'neglect'! Along with chewing gum stuck on the pavements everywhere!
