Property empty. Hedge overhanging footpath so can't walk on path properly.

  • Not sure to whch address this item refers but a wheelchair using local resident (Ms Byard of 125 High Street) has reported two locations at 56 and 66 High Street Billinghay where she has difficulty in using her mobility scooter on the path because of overgrown hedges. Can you investigate further as believe this is a recurring problem.

  • The problem has been reported again by a resident Mrs J Bush. She witnessed someone pushing a double buggy with children. They had to go on the road because of the overhanging hedge at junction of Ha the High Street /King Street. This problem occurs on a regular basis.
