Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3586474.

Since the whole street has been closed to road traffic there have been multiple instances of motorbikes and cycles driving down the pavement with little regard for pedestrians. This is extremely unsafe. A sign saying "Cyclists dismount" is being totally ignored. A better solution is needed.
