Bollard incorrectly reinstated

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3584218.

The Bollard on the North east corner of the pedestrian crossing is sat on what appears to be a couple of paving slabs. It was incorrectly reinstated a couple of years ago & when I questioned the workmen actually doing the job they assured me it was merely a temporary solution. It appears temporary has become permanent.
