Street lamp not working

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3582351.

This street light has not been working for several months and the alleyway is very dark and potentially dangerous. This matter has been reported previously but no action has been taken.

  • Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system which is in the process of being replaced. Our termed contractor will aim to have this repaired within the next 4 weeks. However, bad weather, supply chain delivery delays and COVID isolation of fault repair crew members can and is leading to extended fault repair times currently. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend.
