Last week the recycling wasn't removed from the flats. That led to recycling going into general rubbish. This week 8th June, the general rubbish has not been collected for all the flats. General rubbish has increased because no-one can recycle as the bins are full. Are you using new people that didn't get a proper hand-over from whoever you were using?
