Discriminatory barriers

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3580422.

Barriers along the shared use path prevent access to various disabled users and those on adapted cycles. It would also be hindering those with prams, bike trailers etc. and should be removed and at most replaced with bollards spaced appropriately and non-discrimantorily against disabled users.
