Obstructed footpath

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3580179.

Footpath through farm yard has been obstructed by a very large pile of soiled woodchip. It is possible to pick your way along an uneven track past this first obstruction but the way onwards is then obscured and obstructed by a heap of broken tiles.
