Overgrown grass and weeds

The grass at the public area on Mossvale road is a disgrace. ( Opposite shops.) Whilst most tenants and home owners on my block are endeavouring to paint their fences, door steps, window sills etc., the public grassy area and edging of the area at steps to the side area are full of weeds and litter. I go out, as does my son and pick up the litter. I pay in excess of £140 council tax each month to cover services such as this. The area is a disgrace. So untidy
