Large concrete drinking trough placed in front of gateway to this byeway. Its been there for months.

Pictures of concrete trough obstructing vehicular right of way, its been there so long that weeds are growing in the trough ! Theres a blockage of dumped soil at the far end of this track as well by the farm . Driveable by motorcycle but not 4x4. Needs a load of folks to drive it as its getting overgrown.
