Man hole cover

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3572474.

The man hole cover is loose every time a car goes over it there’s a loud bang no one is taking responsibility for it council say it’s nothing to do with them it’s a private road the people who built it partners construction will not do anything about it 2 years it’s been going on now please advise

I’m pretty disgusted to be honest council are saying the man hole is nothing to do with them midland heart are saying the same how would you like to put up with this out side your house 24-7 for the past few years !! Disgusted
