Broken / eroded footpath

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 357063.
The footpath at the rear of Hanover Court, the damaged area lies approx. 20 / 25 yards from the big car park heading west along path. This problem has previously been reported to Roads (not their area they say), Housing (not their area) , Doug Allan (Landscaping) was going to have a look at the problem but he has now retired from the council ! The path is almost unusable for elderly, parents with buggies / prams and wheelchair users.

This footpath is now at the point where it is unusable & unsafe. At one point the is no surface tar and a very sharp drop (2-3") where the tar has eroded. As this path forms part of The Deeside Way surely someone must have responsibility for the upkeep.
