Culverts below Ladywell Lane blocked causing flooding.

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Winchester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3564742.

There are 2 6" culverts by Ladywell Cottage, both blocked solid. Road is being damaged and there is now damage to the surface. This is a well used footpath to the river.
