Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A few years back the Council responded to my request to cut back two trees that were overhanging my house at 1a Gwynns Walk and damaging the roof. The trees have now grown back and are once again threatening the integrity of the roof. I need the Council to cut them back again, please.
