Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3562648.

There is a rat infestation in the draining gutter that runs down the right hand side of Well Lane in Kippax when standing at the top of the hill and looking down. Rats have also been observed in my garden at 28 Well Lane Kippax Leeds LS25 7JR
