Car park being used to do donuts in cars

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3560443.

There seems to be gatherings of large numbers of people to see vehicles race cars around doing donuts on the car park - noise polution as after dark and damaging car park surface. CCTV will show on w/e I am informed.
