Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3558848.

Building and other waste flytipped in big bags outside fence on parkland. The bags could contain anything including things that might attract vermin and/or harm dogs. It is also unsightly to have brightly coloured bags in this green space. The bags have been there for many many months
