Rubbish collection late in the day

Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later

Our rubbish collection is now so late in the day on a Friday, that a dog has fouled in front of my house, on the waiting bin. Passers-by make use of the bin and generally the street looks a mess for the whole day. Please can we have an earlier bin collection, like we used to.
