The gentleman’s house with the black fence and dog port hole has dump 3 tonne sacks of garden waste/gravel, glass and food waste out the back on public land. He has been asked politely by neighbours and myself to move them but has said no and why should he. It’s not only an eyesore in a lovely walk but the food waste attract dogs and obviously with glass and sharp object it could be dangerous for them and people. It has been there for months.
