Obstruction of 'Keep Clear' area, and lowered Curb for access. This 'Keep Clear' area has a Lowered Curb for access used by Disabled wheelchairs and electric Mobility scooters and such and for Prams / strollers etc.

This area may be used by Emergency Services lets say a Fire Engine needs access close to properties / homes down this path and this area is blocked by this van?

Or an Ambulance needs access.

Elderly & disabled etc people live around this area.

This has occurred regularly (Every day) and even during the night (Every Night) time by this same van in the last weeks. There is a very good reason why this area is painted 'Keep Clear'.
