Graffiti obstructing Right of way/Give Way signs

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3549970.

There is graffiti obstructing three of the four Right of way/Give way signs next to Wistow lake. I’ve reported this before but nothing has been done.
