Trees and weeds need cutting back to keep access to road
Reported via mobile in the Trees (on the highway verge) category anonymously at 09:50, Wed 25 May 2022
Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This public byway is accessed also by residents and is missed out when other hedges on roads in the area are cut back. Please could it also be cut back to prevent damage to cars using the road and residents using the road.

This was inspected and I received an email saying it wasn’t fit for repair. Meanwhile all the other roads have this week have had there annual cut back and this road is missed. They are a week or two away from scratching vehicles and causing access issues and I will begin billing you for damage to vehicles using it should it continue to be missed. Appalling neglect for residents that live there and pay council tax just because the road is a byway. Please could this be reassessed and escalated?

I visit my daughter who lives in sticking lane Bayford regularly. every time I drive down there my car is getting scratched by the bushes and weeds that are very over grown. I would be obliged if this could be sorted as soon as possible. I notice all other rds around there have been done . Jill Nardelli
