Badly applied surface dressing

Surface dressing was applied in the last week, the junction of Scotland Road and Northampton Road looks like a bag of stones was dumped out on it. There are holes in the dressing and there is a too deep layer of stones (Had to get my elder child to get off the buggy board because the pushchair was stuck in the stones whilst in the middle of the road!)
