  • The Vehicle is a White Mercedes Vito Reg No PJ59 AYY, it has two flat tyres on the front, the vehicle has come up SORN and the tax expired in March 2022.

  • I have visited the site today and located this vehicle. As it is SORN and off the highway, I have no grounds for action.
