Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3537117.

A silver VW Polo (Reg LY02 URA) has been sat for over a year. Not taxed and doesn't have an MOT. Its parked outside a council-owned garage, next to 25 Millfields, IP14 3PU. I thought vehicles had to be kept inside a garage as part of the rental agreement? The car is going mouldy inside and out. Has a broken mirror.
