Speed of traffic on Horncastle Road Louth

Reported via desktop anonymously at 09:09, Thursday 19 May 2022

Sent to East Lindsey District Council less than a minute later

I have tried to sort this before but got nowhere so thought I would try this arena. Traffic travels too fast on this road I assume it’s because it is a long straight road no vehicles are parked so they just put their foot down. There is a pathetic sign that shows up speed ???coming into Louth I repeat ??? To start with it needs something on both sides of the road, like a WORKING speed camera, huge road markings like SLOW, etc. These issues only affect the people who are immediately involved, but you try to cross a road when you and your dog are elderly and one side of the road your vision is impaired because of a protruding bank and you have to listen if traffic is coming and don’t get me started on electric cars because they creep up on you well that’s a laugh creep. Somebody with a finger on the pulse needs to sort Louth’s traffic out!!!!
