Dangerous Parking On Pavement, blocking view onto highway

Sent to Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3535458.

New tenants have moved into Rose Cottage, Brewers End CM22 6QJ, they have 4 cars and all are parking with either 2 wheels on the pavement or completely on the main road B1256 directly on the exit junction from The Chestnuts CM22 6QJ completely blocking the view of any oncoming traffic. Some of the vehicles do move during working hours but early morning and evenings they are there and you cannot see a thing when leaving Dental Smiles or Jarvis Joinery premises! Not only is this illegal to park so close to a junction, it is extremely dangerous as you have no view whatsoever of any oncoming traffic when trying to join the B1256 in either direction - urgent action is required and yellow lines would stop this ongoing issue which has recently got a lot worse and very hazardous - please look into this as a matter of urgency before there is a serious accident.

    Trying to exit The Chestnuts CM22 6QJ onto the B1256 towards Bishops Stortford - can not see a thing, vision completely obscurred - if that isn’t an accident waiting to happen, what is!!
