As every year, the branches are hanging low over the pavement and getting int pedestrians' faces. Urgent pruning required to lift to maximum height to permit clearing umbrellas and for tall pedestrians.
This is a multiple event each year. Please can we instigate pro-active planning to maximise the lift in advance of growth reaching face level c1.7m).
Location is jct Hope Park and A21 - problem is obvious at time of reporting so will be when contractors attend site.
