Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3530246.

8 bags of rubbish picked along the A20 between Newingreen and Junction 11 M20 heading coastbound by Litter pickers Romney Marsh 4 bags left at the end of the driveway of Hillhurst Farm which is on the left hand side of the A20 heading towards Junction 11 and four bags left next to the bins in the Lay-by near stop 24
