Gate blocking the pavement

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3529749.

This gate is always swung outward blocking the pavement. There is enough room to pass but as it's black, it becomes almost invisible at night. Dangerous to pedestrians
