  This car has been parked outside my house and as far as I can tell not moved for over 10 days. I have asked around and so far no one knows whose it is

• I have visited the vehicle and have scheduled a notice to be issued. I will mark this as fixed and will update after any action has been taken.

• The car is still there. I’ve managed to find a phone number to the owner but the owner refused to move it.

• If you have spoken to the registered keeper and he that was statement, then this vehicle is not abandoned. I have no grounds for action.

• Hi.

  Just flagging this issue again. The car has been parked here for over 6 months and as far as I know a driver is not allowed to drive / park it here for more than 6 months! Please help us to resolve this as we need an access for the skip.

  “If you are not a resident of the United Kingdom, you can drive a foreign car without registering it in the UK for up to 6 months. If you are a resident of the UK, you are not allowed to drive any car that is not registered in the UK with only a few exceptions.”
