Polecat lane layby - litter

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 14:24, Sat 27 April 2013

Sent to Waverley Borough Council less than a minute later

We live down the road in Lion Lane and this lay by is like a rubbish tip: cans, carrier bags, paper, discarded food wrappers etc, really awful. Can someone please come and sort this out on a regular basis, it's disgusting and dangerous to our wildlife: deers and birds especially. In the past 5 years it has been a constant problem.

  • It has been cleaned but there are still carrier bags tin cans and bits and pieces.
What is the point if telling you if you don't pass it on to the council?
