Footpath not looked after

The footpath from Pickering Drive to Wenning Lane has not been up keep like the rest of the area. There prickly bushes taken up the path and for all the houses near by the trees are very tall and over hanging. Aware the property owners can cut back over hanging however the size of the trees the costs is through the roof.
