Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3524706.

Repeated occurrence of very loud music coming from top flat. FOR YEARS.

Hackney choose to ignore this issue despite numerous reports, complaints, stress being caused, warnings etc etc.

Constant refusal to do something. Shameful.
